Lifehacker recently had a post titled “Top 10 Ways to Get Cables Under Control” so I thought I’d share my top tip for making sure I always have the right cable at my fingertips.

The over-the-door shoe storage thing keeps them visible and untangled. Also useful for dongles!

This is especially useful when I do some “tethered shooting” and need umpteen special cables to get it working.

    I work in a NOC and I’ve yet to find a viable solution for the monster of cables we have.
